As one part of a wider programme of activity, ENGIE asked us to design and deliver an online experience that educates drivers on the process of charging their vehicle, informs them on how they can make the most of their vehicle and supports them in the practical process of finding a charger and then charging their vehicle.

As the adoption of electric vehicles accelerates, and more competitors enter the market, Everything–Connected partnered with GeniePoint to help them in their mission of becoming the number one network for customer service and network reliability.

The end result was a fast loading driver-focused website that brings the experience of charging your vehicle to life and quickly connects you to the passionate, knowledgeable individuals behind the brand.

An agile approach

Taking an agile approach to delivery, we delivered a working website - that the marketing team at GeniePoint could populate with content - at the end of every sprint and, ultimately, delivered in three sprints (6 weeks) what we originally anticipated taking 8 weeks.

Rapid project delivery

Allowing the marketing team to control where we invested our time, it also allowed them to manage changing business priorities by de-scoping less important features in favour of more important emerging requests.

The EV market is super-competitive and witnessing exponential growth; there are thousands of new drivers entering the EV market every month, and a range of charging solutions for their cars. We needed a brand that would help us cut-through. The team’s passion and energy to help us deliver a great result was fantastic. Our new identity was brought to life on our new website and the E-C team are now helping us transform every customer touchpoint such as stickers on EV chargers and RFID card designs.
