Do we have to host with you to get support?
Not at all. While many clients choose our AWS hosting, we can also support sites hosted elsewhere — as long as we have the right access and setup to do so effectively.
Can you take over support from our previous agency?
Yes — we regularly onboard existing platforms and legacy builds. We’ll audit the code, get to grips with your setup, and manage a smooth handover to minimise disruption.
Can you support platforms hosted on our own infrastructure?
Yes — if you're hosting internally or via a third party, we can still provide managed services. We'll work with your infrastructure team or provider to ensure we have the right access, monitoring tools and permissions to support your platform effectively.
