A luxury travel magazine that balances editorial excellence with crafted design, created to captivate the senses and inspire deep wanderlust.

Created in partnership with luxury travel specialists Cazenove+Loyd, Curious is more than a customer magazine, it’s a tactile celebration of discovery. Crafted with care and purpose, the magazine went on to win Best Customer Magazine 2024 at The Travel Marketing Awards, a testament to the power of thoughtful print design in a digital-first world.

The Challenge

In an era where much of our communication is fleeting and screen-based, the brief was ambitious, to elevate Curious into a flagship publication for the brand. It needed to be content-rich, visually arresting, and of a quality that could sit proudly in any home, serving both as a source of inspiration and a tangible extension of Cazenove+Loyd’s world-class service. The design and production values had to reflect the care and consideration that go into each of their itineraries.

The Solution

Working closely with the team at Cazenove+Loyd, we developed a 136-page magazine that celebrates storytelling through exquisite detail. Printed on FSC® Mix Credit certified paper using vegetable-based inks, the publication features a blend of gloss and uncoated stocks to differentiate content zones and editorial tones. A blind-embossed, heavyweight cover sets a premium tone from the first touch. A standout 8-page central fold-out focuses on “The Amazon Unveiled,” inviting readers to discover the lesser-known parts of Brazil in an immersive, expansive format. From travel tips to behind-the-scenes interviews and editorial features, the magazine seamlessly blends inspiration with practical insight.

The Impact

Curious has resonated deeply with clients and partners alike, reaffirming Cazenove+Loyd’s status as pioneers in the luxury travel space. And it didn’t go unnoticed, the second edition of Curious was awarded Best Customer Magazine 2024 at The Travel Marketing Awards, celebrating the strength of our ongoing collaboration and the value of well-crafted print in a digital age.
