We crafted a regenerative luxury brand from the ground up, blending identity, purpose and storytelling into a modern, meaningful design system.

Cala Falcó is a 42.5-hectare coastal estate in Mallorca that brings together regenerative agriculture, wellness, education and creative expression. More than a destination, it is a philosophy: a return to living in rhythm with the land. From wild botanical farming to artisan distilling and fine fragrance, Cala Falcó nurtures a family of brands rooted in harmony, restoration and purpose.

Our Strategy: Grounded in Place, Designed to Grow

We began by defining the soul of the Cala Falcó brand, a philosophy anchored in reverence for nature, regenerative thinking and deep creative intention. Drawing from this, we developed a layered identity system featuring flexible logo lockups, an extended symbol suite, and an earth-toned colour palette inspired by the cliffs, sea and sky of Mallorca. Typography was carefully selected to balance timeless elegance with digital functionality. All of this was delivered through a robust Figma-based design system, allowing for clear handoff and future growth across sub-brands and platforms.

The Outcome: A Living Brand with Lasting Depth

The result is a confident and cohesive brand that reflects the richness of Cala Falcó’s vision while remaining understated and rooted. The flexible identity system supports everything from botanical spirits to immersive education programmes, giving each expression its own space while maintaining consistency. The colour palette evokes sun, soil and sea. The tone of voice speaks with clarity and care. Every element of the design system was crafted to feel both grounded and expansive, a foundation for a brand built to inspire, restore and grow.
