Cazenove+Loyd is a leading luxury travel company, known for curating extraordinary journeys and tailor-made experiences for a high-net-worth clientele. Their brand is built on expert knowledge, personal service and global access — and in the digital space, every touchpoint must reflect that same level of precision and care. For an audience that values detail, discretion and authenticity, the website had to be both visually immersive and operationally seamless.

The Challenge: Conveying Craft Through Digital
Cazenove+Loyd’s previous website lacked the emotional impact and editorial elegance needed to represent a brand built on storytelling, expertise and access. The site experience didn’t reflect the high level of service or depth of content available through the business. Our challenge was to design a platform that both inspired and informed — combining the visual richness of travel with a clear user journey from exploration to enquiry, while giving the in-house team the tools to manage and update content independently.
Our Strategy: Storytelling, Simplicity and Scalability
Our design approach focused on storytelling and visual immersion. We built a modular site structure that allowed for large-scale imagery, editorial layouts, and cinematic video — giving each destination and experience its own narrative weight. The user journey was carefully mapped to guide prospects from initial inspiration through to bespoke enquiry, with subtle CTAs woven throughout the site. A bespoke CMS was developed to allow the Cazenove+Loyd team full editorial control, with structured templates for destinations, journals, and experiences. We also introduced a content architecture optimised for SEO and long-term visibility.
