Unpacking the detail: Making Comms Unmissable

To support a new internal initiative, British Gas asked us to create a standout animated video that would capture attention and cut through the noise. We developed a nostalgic 8-bit animation style, complete with pixel art characters, sound effects and a tongue-in-cheek tone that delivered the message with humour and clarity. By combining playful visuals with purposeful messaging, the video became an engaging tool to drive awareness and action across the business, proving that internal comms can be as creative as any campaign.
