Everything Connected created the brand and visual identity for ActionAid’s Big Me! campaign—an uplifting schools initiative that helped children fundraise by imagining their future selves.
Unpacking the detail
ActionAid approached us to develop a creative campaign that would engage schools across the UK in fundraising efforts for children living in the world’s poorest communities. Our concept—Big Me!—invited children to dress up as who they want to be when they grow up, encouraging big dreams while inspiring meaningful action. At the heart of the campaign was a striking image of a 'tin foil astronaut'—playful, handmade and full of imaginative promise. This hero visual became the foundation for a bright, energetic design system that captured the joy of childhood aspirations. We rolled the branding out across a wide range of printed materials, including posters, envelopes, leaflets, stickers and stationery packs, all tailored for classroom environments. The identity also extended seamlessly across digital platforms, supporting national outreach and making Big Me! a vibrant, easy-to-use fundraising toolkit for schools everywhere.
