Navigating a new ship
When MS Amlin acquired consumer insurance brand Haven, a household name in the boating and yachting community, the ‘Haven’ offering became buried within MS Amlin’s large corporate website. As a result, it’s retained customers and employees were left confused by the brand’s identity and future.
What we did
We approached this project with a long-term vision for this brand in need of revitalisation. Elevating the role of customer lay at the heart of this creative digital project.

Everything–Connected developed a system that facilities a multi-site solution, delivering a consumer-facing extension to MS Amlin’s well established B2B focused brand and web presence.
Through a collaborative 6-week process, we visualised the desired 2022 customer experience and worked backwards from there to develop a responsive and innovative site.
